"This agents off needs to get more trained and professional employees my policy was done wrong twice due to that I had to pay 2 different quotes that was a big inconvenience at the time and it wasn’t even on my end due to Cody not doing his job the correct way . Need better communication skills it’s very important that these people learn how to update there customer when things are not right I’m sure the agent get a notice from the underwriter before we do . Make sure u got everything done before paying"
