"Alright so my wife and I are a new state farm customers and after 2 months for some reason our policy got canceled and we didn’t know the reason why, we were really upset because we were driving for almost a month without knowing that our policy was canceled until I spoke to Tracy , she took care of us as one of her own and got us back on track with the perfect insurance coverage and monitoring it constantly in a way that makes me and my family safe. When other staff members answered the phone, they too were expecting my call back. That is an example of communication with in the work office to prioritize their customers! 100/10 recommend."
